| dc.description | The objective of this article is to present the design of a geographic viewer for the liquid fuel distribution network in Colombia, made up of the Supply Plants and Service Stations (EDS) that are registered in the SICOM information system of the Ministry of Mines and Energy. The implementation of the geographic viewer is done with the ArcGIS suite that, with its Online component, allows the interaction of the data from the Desktop extension to the base Web Map and the Web AppBuilder. The purpose of this geographic viewer is to support informed decision-making within both public and private organizations, which are part of the chain of agents in the distribution of fuels in the country. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente artículo tiene como objetivo presentar el diseño de un visor geográfico para la red de distribución de combustibles líquidos en Colombia, conformada por las Plantas de Abastecimiento y Estaciones de Servicio (EDS) que se encuentran registradas en el sistema de información SICOM del Ministerio de Minas y Energía. La implementación del visor geográfico se hace con la suite de ArcGIS que en con su componente Online, permite la interacción de los datos desde la extensión Desktop hacia el Web Map base y el Web AppBuilder. El propósito de este visor geográfico es apoyar la de toma de decisiones informadas dentro de las organizaciones tanto públicas como privadas, que hacen parte de la cadena de agentes en la distribución de combustibles en el país. | es-ES |
