| dc.description | This research is based on the usefulness of mobile phones as a tool for students to learn about uniform rectilinear motion in vertical free fall, based on experimental practice. To evaluate whether these mobile devices allow better learning on the subject, a pre-test/posttest design was carried out with 43 students participating in the 9th grade in natural sciences. McNemar and Stuart-Maxwell non-parametric tests were applied. The proposal on the experimental practice gave satisfactory results when comparing the pre-test and post-test, in the analysis of the particular and global form of the answers. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente estudio tiene como objetivo comprobar si el uso de los smartphones ayuda al estudiante a comprender mejor los conceptos relacionados sobre el movimiento rectilíneo uniforme en caída libre vertical, basándose en la práctica experimental. Se baso en un enfoque cuantitativo a nivel correlacional que consistió en dos mediciones (pre-test/post-test). La muestra fue de 43 estudiantes que participaban en el 9º grado de Ciencias Naturales. Se aplicaron las pruebas no paramétricas de McNemar y StuartMaxwell. Los resultados fueron satisfactorios al comparar el pre-test y el post-test, concluyendo que el uso del teléfono móvil en la práctica experimental sobre el movimiento de caída libre mejora el aprendizaje de los estudiantes en esta área. | es-ES |
