dc.description	This research article seeks to carry out a critical analysis against the usability of the formal sources of law and its correct application in the processes of legal argumentation, as a formula for the academic and professional construction of the lawyer, for this we take as the main sample one hundred proposals of monographs filed during the years 2020 and 2021, before the curricular committee of the Law program of the Francisco de Paula Santander University, Ocaña section, focusing the study on the usability of formal sources, as elements of vital importance in the construction of a academic text, thus achieving to determine that the poor use of each and every one of the sources in a proportional and updated way, directly affects the creation of an investigative roadmap that leads to an impact monograph.	en-US
dc.description	La presente artículo de investigación busca realizar un análisis crítico frente a la usabilidad de las fuentes formales del derecho y su correcta aplicación en los procesos de argumentación jurídica, como fórmula para la construcción académica y profesional del abogado , para ello tomamos como principal muestra cien propuestas de monografías radicadas durante los años 2020 y 2021, ante el comité curricular del programa de Derecho de La Universidad Francisco de Paula Santander, seccional Ocaña, focalizando el estudio en la usabilidad de las fuentes formales y auxiliares, como elementos de vital importancia en la construcción de un texto académico, logrando con ello determinar que la deficiente utilización de todas y cada una de las fuentes de forma proporcional y actualizada, incide de forma directa en la creación de una hoja de ruta investigativa que decante en una monografía de impacto.	es-ES
