This is why the teacher must assume among his roles the leadership of the functions and within this the entrepreneurial action, from which he can generate new forms of teaching and sustenance among the participants, based on mathematics, since it is the area with the highest incidence in the integral formation of the subjects. To achieve this, the main objective of the research was to generate a pedagogical strategy aimed at high school mathematics teachers to promote their role as entrepreneurial leaders. To achieve this, the typical of a mixed investigation was followed, identifying emerging categories and describing them quantitatively, where the data was obtained from the survey applied to 12 secondary school teachers, who responded to a Likert scale, obtaining the most outstanding results. that the surveyed sample coincided in pointing out the repetition of behaviors where the presence of leadership among teachers is evident, with the promotion of activities for the improvement of the didactic act; however, it is necessary to strengthen the role of entrepreneurial leader of the mathematics teacher to contribute to personal improvement and in favor of institutional training and the teaching of the area as an essential part of the subjects. | dc.description | Las sociedades actuales requieren de profesionales con un sentido práctico, adaptados a las realidades de los contextos y cambios que en las estructuras sociales emergen, y la docencia no escapa de esta realidad, pues es a través de esta acción que la cultura se transmite y se forman las generaciones demandantes. Es por esto que el docente debe asumir entre sus roles el liderazgo de las funciones y dentro de éste la acción emprendedora, a partir de la cual pueda generar nuevas formas de enseñanza y de sustento entre los participantes, teniendo como base la matemática, pues es el área con mayor incidencia en la formación integral de los sujetos. Para lograr esto, la investigación tuvo como objetivo central generar una estrategia pedagógica orientada al docente de matemática de secundaria para el fomento de su rol como líder emprendedor. Para lograrlo se siguió lo propio de una investigación mixta, identificando categorías emergentes y describiéndoles de manera cuantitativa, donde los datos se obtuvieron a partir de la encuesta aplicada a 12 docentes de secundaria, quienes respondieron a una escala de Likert, obteniendo como resultados más resaltantes que la muestra encuestada coincidió en señalar la repetición de conductas donde se evidencia la presencia de liderazgo entre los docentes, con la impulsión de actividades en pro de la mejora del acto didáctico; sin embargo, se hace necesario fortalecer el rol de líder emprendedor del docente de matemática para contribuir con la mejora personal y en pro de la formación institucional y de la enseñanza del área como parte esencial de los sujetos. Motivación, promoción de la actualización fueron categorías que resaltan más en un profesor de matemáticas con características de líder. | es-ES |
