| dc.description | En el presente artículo se reflexiona parte de los resultados de una investigación cualitativa en el resguardo de Guachucal Nariño en Colombia en la década de los ochenta y parte de los noventa del siglo XX, la cual analiza el proceso de la recuperación de tierras a partir de la organización comunitaria, bajo una metodología histórico hermenéutica, respondiendo a la pregunta ¿Cómo fue el proceso de recuperación de tierras a partir de la organización comunitaria en el cabildo indígena de Guachucal Nariño entre los años 1980-1994? donde el problema de la tenencia de la tierra ha generado en la historia de este país diferentes escenarios, uno de estos frente a las comunidades indígenas las cuales luchan por defender sus derechos y uno de estos el derecho a la tierra el cual se concentra en su mayoría en manos de los terratenientes, donde el hecho de recuperarla enmarca ciertas dinámicas, una de estas el fortalecimiento de la cultura e identidad de los pueblos indígenas. | es-ES |
