dc.description	In the Pacific coast of Nariño, ancestral Afro Descents communities coexist, the indigenous communities Awá, Eperara Sapiadara and the new populations which revitalize a conflictive correlation spread through ethnic community wisdom, the western speech of the development of the state and for-profit private companies.From the decolonized approach, the consequences of the western speech of development are problematized, suggesting that the extractivism of land has produced extractivism of wisdom in the ancestral communities. The west has promoted speech of blancura and rationality over the ethnic communities stated in the territory. It is suggested that the social responsibility, with the well-being or “well-living”, the territoriality and the preservation of their wisdom, is the current challenge of ethnic-education. Due to the existence of a nation which is still building the empowering of the ethnic peoples, implying self -determination of the communities invading the western speech from their wisdom and their ways of being and existence.	en-US
dc.description	En la costa pacífica nariñense conviven ancestralmente comunidades afrodescendientes, las comunidades indígenas Awa y Eperara Sapiadara y nuevos grupos poblaciones que dinamizan una relación conflictiva permeada por los saberes propios de las comunidades étnicas y los discursos occidentales de desarrollo del Estado y de las empresas privadas con fines económicos. Desde un enfoque decolonizador, se problematizan las consecuencias de los discursos del desarrollo occidental planteando que las lógicas del extractivismo de la tierra ha producido extractivismo del saber de las comunidades ancestrales. Occidente ha promovidodiscursos de blancura y racionalidad sobre las comunidades étnicas que habitan el territorio. Se propone la responsabilidad social con el buen vivir de la comunidad, la defensa del territorio y la preservación de los saberes propios es el desafío presente de la etnoeducación. Ante una nación que aún se sigue construyendo, el empoderamiento de las comunidades étnicas implica una autodeterminación de los pueblos que irrumpe en occidente desde sus saberes propios y sus propias formas de ser y de existir.	es-ES
