dc.description	The codification process off geographer’s office. This paper analyses the introduction of transdisciplinar proceso for geographers and others disciplines. The keys that differentiate their work from that of other professional groups, via a short retrospective study of the oneknowledge history and codification process experienced by education. As regards the future, it is suggested that internal organizational improvements should be made to the profession, including efforts to increase its competitiveness, in order for it to regain the professional and social prestige that it held before the academic institutionalization of geography.	en-US
dc.description	A partir de una breve descripción de las necesidad de la transdisciplinariedad y en una visión del conocimiento retrospectiva del proceso de institucionalización de la geografía, el presente artículo plantea cual debería ser, a juicio del autor, la oferta geográfica y las claves diferenciales del quehacer geográfico con respecto a otros colectivos profesionales. En clave interna y mirando hacia el futuro se plantea, asimismo, la mejor y más competitiva organización del colectivo para conseguir un posicionamiento laboral y social a la altura del que se gozaba antes de la institucionalización académica de la geografía.	es-ES
