dc.description	We propose to articulate the four discourses of Jacques Lacan with the actual situation of the mental disabled people, who go to therapeutic institutions exclusives for their treatment. As we present as one objective the rehabilitation to favour the social integration, in those places we observe mostly chronicity of treatment and production of dependence more than autonomy. So, we work with the connection between the theory of discourses of Lacan and three principal aspects of this problem: the way in which these places are constituted nowadays; the function of the psychologist; and the subjective positions that these discourses promote. We affirm the hypothesis that the actual conformation is done from the discourse of the university student, and the place of the professional is assigned by the discourse of the master, which favours in disability peopled a subjective position of mental debility that makes it difficult to assume as ours those activities, which could sustain independently of the election done. Finally, we propose some possible lineaments for the position of the analyst in these places, so that we can direct processes of subjectivity more favourable than the ones used nowadays.	en-US
dc.description	Se propone articular los cuatro discursos de Jacques Lacan con la situación actual de las personas con discapacidad mental, concurrentes a establecimientos terapéuticos exclusivos para su abordaje. Si bien se presenta como objetivo la rehabilitación en pos de la integración social, a partir del tránsito por dichos establecimientos se observa mayormente cronicidad de los tratamientos y producción de dependencia más que de autonomía. Por lo tanto, se trabaja la correspondencia que podría pensarse entre la teoría de los discursos propuesta por Lacan y tres aspectos principales de esta problemática: la forma en que actualmente están constituidos dichos establecimientos; la función del profesional psicólogo en ellos; y las posiciones subjetivas que estos discursos promueven. Se sostiene la hipótesis de que la actual conformación está dada a partir del discurso del universitario y que el lugar de los profesionales está signado por el discurso del amo, lo cual favorece en los concurrentes un posicionamiento subjetivo de debilidad mental que dificulta asumir como propias aquellas actividades que podrían sostenerse autónomamente en tanto elección. Se proponen finalmente, algunos lineamientos posibles para la posición de un analista en dichos establecimientos, de manera de poder direccionar procesos de subjetivación más favorables que los sostenidos actualmente.	es-ES
