dc.description	This article is based on research conducted in 2008 in the area of Organizational Psychology as part of the process of formulating the research in organizational behavior. He took the second level of organizational world which is the behavior of the group, explaining the four components of organizational behavior. 80 documents were selected, half of them published before 2000 and half after that year, on anthropology, sociology, social psychology and organizational behavior, various dates, to compare the contents between the three with the group behavior in organizations. As a result of this comparison and analysis, we discuss the scope of group behavior as a component of organizational behavior and its implications for explanation and understanding in society and in the organization. As proposed, it is argued that between social psychology and organizational behavior there is a greater, as the articulation of the so-called organizational psychology is based on incorporation and depends on the levels reached by it and its implications for sociology and anthropology . dc.description	El presente artículo se basa en la investigación realizada en 2008 en el Área de Psicología Organizacional, como parte del proceso de formulación de la línea de investigación en comportamiento organizacional. Asumió el segundo nivel del mundo organizacional cual es la conducta de grupo, en los cuatro componentes explicativos del comportamiento organizacional. Se eligieron 80 documentos, la mitad de ellos publicados antes del año 2000 y la otra mitad después de dicho año, sobre antropología, sociología, psicología social y comportamiento organizacional, de fechas diversas, para comparar los contenidos entre los tres con los del comportamiento grupal en las organizaciones. Como resultado de esa comparación y del análisis, se discute el alcance de la conducta grupal como elemento integrante en el comportamiento organizacional y sus implicaciones explicativas y comprensivas en la sociedad y en la organización. Como propuesta, se sostiene que entre la psicología social y el comportamiento organizacional existe una relación mayor, por cuanto la articulación de la llamada psicología organizacional se basa en su incorporación y depende de los niveles alcanzados por ella y sus implicaciones en la sociología y la antropología. Es importante articular el comportamiento grupal como eje con el individual y el organizacional.	es-ES
