dc.description	The present study identifies and analyzes the personal features influenced by the culture, that is can be related with the occurrence of accidents of work of the drivers the articulated and nourishing buses of Transmilenio system. The kind of study is descriptive – qualitative, the sample studied was 398 drivers of Transmilenio system, and the information was obtained by means of a questionnaire that design and validate for the present study. The results show that population studied there are factors that probably affect on the occurrence of laboral accidents, such as the perception of risk in the work; the perception of negative factors of the organization, for example the pressure of system and the departed schedules; and thirdly, cultural factors reflected in behaviors and habits of the drivers, for example impulsiveness, the recklessness (imprudence), to worry too much for personal situations, nerves, to see the streets advertising, and to see the attractive persons, and also demonstrate special behaviors about the religious imagines. dc.description	El presente estudio identifi ca y analiza algunas características culturales que pueden estar relacionadas con la ocurrencia de accidentes de trabajo de los operadores de buses articulados y alimentadores del sistema TRANSMILENIO. Estudio de tipo descriptivo cualitativo, que contó con una muestra de 398 operadores del sistema Transmilenio. La información se obtuvo por medio de un cuestionario que se diseño y valido para el presente estudio. Los resultados muestran que dentro de la población estudiada existen factores que pueden incidir sobre la ocurrencia de accidentes de trabajo, por ejemplo la percepción del riesgo en el trabajo; la percepción de factores negativos de la organización como la presión del sistema y los horarios partidos; y en tercer lugar, se evidenciaron factores culturales reflejados en comportamientos y hábitos de los operadores como la impulsividad, la imprudencia, preocuparse demasiado por asuntos personales, nerviosismo, ver la publicidad de las calles y observar personas atractivas del sexo opuesto, también se evidencian comportamientos ante las imágenes religiosas como persignarse, encomendarse a un ser superior y orar. En conclusión, existen factores de tipo cultural que generan distracción en la labor de la conducción y pueden convertirse en un factor de riesgo, que genera accidentes de trabajo.	es-ES
