dc.description	This article analyzes the different strategies Argentina implemented to fight poverty from the exit of Convertibility in 2002 until the change of the political cycle in 2015. It examines labor market changes, labor institutions, conditional cash transfers, and pension inclusion policies. In this way, this research emphasizes the impact of social policies during this political cycle, its scope, limitations, and challenges. It shows how the definition of policies depends on the type of government diagnosis on the problem, as well as on the available resources, but it also evidences the relevance of structural factors to obtain results in social policy.	en-US
dc.description	Este artículo analiza las diferentes estrategias implementadas para combatir la pobreza en Argentina desde la salida de la Convertibilidad en el año 2002 hasta el cambio de ciclo político en el año 2015. Se analizan las intervenciones ligadas a la recomposición del mercado de trabajo, las instituciones laborales, las transferencias condicionadas y las políticas de inclusión previsional. El trabajo muestra que la definición de las políticas dependió tanto del tipo de diagnóstico gubernamental sobre el problema, así como de los recursos disponibles. Pero también este artículo pone en evidencia la relevancia de factores estructurales para la obtención de resultados en la política social. itaciones y desafíos.	es-ES
