dc.description	In the present paper develops an analysis of budget trends that have taken the military and public security in Mexico, to determine if due to the war on drugs launched by President Felipe Calderon, federal budgets have tended to militarization. Likewise, a comparison is made between military agencies and institutions responsible for economic and social development, to determine if the military campaign due to weakened social spending to favor military spending.	en-US
dc.description	En el presente ensayo se desarrolla un análisis sobre la tendencia presupuestaria que han tenido las instituciones militares y de seguridad pública en México, para determinar si debido a la guerra contra el narcotráfico emprendida por el presidente Felipe Calderón, los presupuestos federales han seguido una tendencia hacia la militarización. De igual forma se realiza un comparativo entre las dependencias militares y las instituciones encargadas del desarrollo económico y social, para determinar si debido a la campaña militar se debilitó el gasto social para privilegiar el gasto militar.	es-ES
