dc.description	This article aims to analyze the configuration and characteristics of the Political Opportunities Structure (pos) that the social movement against the tax reform bill faced during 2018. The research is based, primarily, on the use of semi-structured interviews, through 2019, to over fifteen people directly involved to the repertories and dialog processes held during the strike in question. This leads to a scope of how difficult and closed were the institutional mechanisms to receive and handle demands during this series of protests.	en-US
dc.description	En el artículo se busca analizar la configuración y las características de la Estructura de Oportunidades Políticas (eop) que enfrentó el movimiento de huelga contra la reforma fiscal en Costa Rica en el año 2018. La investigación se basa primariamente en la realización de entrevistas durante el año 2019, a más de quince personas directamente vinculadas a los repertorios y procesos de diálogo que se entablaron en la huelga, dando como resultado una visión difícil y cerrada de los mecanismos institucionales para canalizar las demandas.	es-ES
