dc.description	The political culture has been one of the most studied categories of the political sciences starting with the works of Almond and Verba in the 1960s. This present article, analyzes the legislative component of political culture. In other words, the incidence that law has in the formation of the political culture using as a legislative foundation what is established in the Cuban Constitutionenacted in April of 2019. In this work, a historical analysis is also executed regarding the relationship between politics and law that uses as its core, the historical evolution revolving around the Constitution.	en-US
dc.description	La cultura política ha sido una de las categorías de la ciencia política más estudiada a partir de los trabajos de Gabriel A. Almond y Sidney Verba en los años sesenta del siglo XX. En el presente artículo, se analiza el componente jurídico de la cultura política, es decir, la incidencia que tiene el derecho en la formación de la cultura política usando como base jurídica lo preceptuado en la Constitución de la República de Cuba promulgada en abril del 2019. En el trabajo se realiza además, un estudio histórico sobre el vínculo derecho-política que se anuda alrededor de la Constitución.	es-ES
