| dc.description | RESUMENDurante la segunda mitad del siglo XIX el Estado argentino y las tribus ranqueles realizaron cinco tratados de paz, efectuados en el marco de complejos y conflictivos procesos de negociación política. Desde el punto de vista jurídico es significativo observar el valor y la validez que tiene para cada una de las partes la oralidad y la escritura. En ese marco, el trabajo analiza cómo, a través del control de la escritura, el Gobierno Nacional logró imponerse sobre una sociedad que otorgaba más credibilidad a lo afirmado en las juntas o entrevistas que al texto de las actas. El soporte documental consultado se localiza en el Archivo Histórico de Córdoba (AHC), el Archivo Histórico Convento San Francisco de Río Cuarto (AHCSF) y en los Servicios Histórico del Ejército (SHE).PALABRAS CLAVES: tratados de paz; tribus ranqueles; Estado argentino ABSTRACTDuring the second half of the XIX century, the Argentinean State and the Ranquel tribes signed five peace treaties in the mist of complex and conflictive processes of political negotiations.From the legal point of view, it seems to us of utmost importance to account for the divergent value and validity that the oral and written agreements had for each of the cultures involved in the processes of arriving to terms.Within this frame of reference this paper analyzes the way in which the control of the written language managed and manipulated by the Creole Government finally imposed itself on that oral society that, besides their lack of written language and, because of it, gave much more credibility to agreements reached in face to face encounters.KEYWORDS: Peace treaties; Ranquel tribes; Argentina State. | es-ES |
