dc.description	La concesión es una herramienta jurídica que se encuentra vigente en el ordenamiento jurídico colombiano. No obstante, actualmente no se encuentra regulada y no se utiliza desde hace más de 20 años para el aprovechamiento forestal. En este artículo se pretende analizar el caso de Guatemala, en el que la concesión forestal es una figura fundamental para el desarrollo de la forestería comunitaria, para finalmente aportar insumos para la regulación de esta figura en Colombia, y así impulsar el manejo forestal comunitario en el país.	es-ES
dc.description	The concession is a legal tool that is in force in the Colombian legal system. However, it is currently not regulated and has not been used for more than 20 years for forest use. This article aims to analyze the case of Guatemala, in which the forest concession is a fundamental figure for the development of community forestry, to finally provide inputs for the regulation of this tool in Colombia, and thus promote community forest management in the country.	en-US
