dc.description	La formulación de la cooperación jurídica internacional ha evolucionado, ya no se trata simplemente de mera cooperación o reciprocidad, los esfuerzos se encaminan a generar mecanismos para facilitar la labor judicial y la colaboración entre órganos judiciales para la obtención de pruebas, realización de diligencias, adopción de medidas determinadas, se trata de eliminar disminuir las exigencias para el exequátur e incluso su eliminación, por dificultar el reconocimiento y ejecutividad de las resoluciones y sentencias judiciales, de modo a construir espacios de seguridad jurídica y de facilitar y lograr justicia más allá de las fronteras.	es-ES
