| dc.description | La cooperación cautelar es de principio, pero está regulada en normas convencionales y autónomas. Algunos aspectos como el control de la competencia del juez exhortante, la competencia de urgencia del juez en cuya jurisdicción se encuentra la persona o la cosa a cautelar, la no revisión de la procedencia de la medida por parte del requerido, la contracautela, la vía particular de transmisión de los exhortos y la legalización han planteado algunos problemas, derivados del texto convencional o legal, o de la interpretación que del mismo hace la doctrina y la jurisprudencia.
