dc.description	En este artículo se reflexiona sobre un objeto de estudio, las imágenes de los libros de texto, y sobre el recorrido realizado en la indagación y en el análisis, lo que implica dar cuenta de las vacilaciones, los cambios, las revisiones que (re)construyen el objeto con cada mirada que se realiza. El texto se convierte en un renovado ejercicio de comunicación y en una nueva oportunidad de presentación del campo de estudio de las imágenes que excede la perspectiva planteada por la educación artística o la concepción que las entiende como parte de los recursos para la enseñanza o que las valida como disparadores para la transmisión de ciertos contenidos escolares.	es-ES
dc.description	In this article we reflects about an object of study, the images of textbooks, and about the route taken in the investigation and analysis, which implies giving an account of the hesitations, the changes, the revisions that (re) construct the object with each approach we make. The text becomes a renewed exercise in communication and in a new opportunity to present the field of study of images, which exceeds the perspective raised by the artistic education or the conception that understands them as part of the resources for teaching without investigating too much about it, or validates them as triggers for the transmission of certain school contents.	en-US
