When the Coup d´état of 1976 takes place, the well-known journalist, who was employed at the newpapers La Razón and El Cronista, began to collaborate with the magazine Temas, of the state company Petroquímica General Mosconi. The role of the State in the economy, in the domestic industry development and in job creation and the value of Latin American integration, are topics that the publication was defending and that they overfly this story, inspired by a present in which the current Argentine government takes up the slogan of those years: «Shrink the State is to enlarge the Nation». | en-US |
| dc.description | El autor reflexiona sobre el achicamiento del Estado, desde su experiencia sobre lo que él llama «la larga noche de la Dictadura». Cuando se produce el Golpe de Estado de 1976, el conocido periodista, que trabajaba en los diarios La Razón y El Cronista, comenzó a colaborar con la revista Temas, de la empresa estatal Petroquímica General Mosconi. El papel del Estado en la economía, en el desarrollo de la industria nacional y en la creación de empleos y el valor de la integración latinoamericana, son temas que defendía la publicación y que sobrevuelan este relato, inspirado en un presente en el que el actual gobierno argentino retoma el lema de aquellos años: «Achicar el Estado es agrandar la Nación». | es-ES |
