dc.description	El presente artículo analiza los usos y las apropiaciones juveniles de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (tic) en el marco de los Núcleos de Acceso al Conocimiento (nac). En ese sentido, se trabaja a partir de las categorías conceptuales: tecnologías de la información, alfabetización digital, jóvenes, brecha digital y rol del Estado en materia de políticas públicas. Ello, para problematizar las múltiples apropiaciones que los jóvenes pueden producir a partir de la interacción con las tic, en tanto proceso simbólico de dotación de sentido cultural.	es-ES
dc.description	The present article analyzes the uses and the juvenile appropriations of the Technologies of the Information (tic) and the Communication in the frame of the Cores of Access to the Knowledge nac. In this sense, one works from the conceptual categories: technologies of the information, digital literacy, young people, digital gap and role of the State as for public policies. It, for drill down the multiple appropriations that the young persons can produce from the interaction with the tic, while I process symbolically of endowment of cultural sense.	en-US
