En este escenario, convergen las funciones de la tv: entretener, educar e informar y los sentidos formativos, educativos y pedagógicos comienzan a tener protagonismo a partir de la sanción de la Ley de Servicios en Comunicación Audiovisual, la Televisión Digital y la creación del primer canal público infantil Pakapaka.En este marco se configuran nuevas reglas de juego para el mercado comunicacional, junto a los relatos democratizadores cuyos mecanismos nos conducen a pensar a la tv como un espacio participativo y de construcción ciudadana. | es-ES |
