| dc.description | Este trabajo busca aproximar al discurso que entreteje el derecho a la interrupción voluntaria del embarazo que se discutió recientemente en el Congreso de la Nación argentina. Por la fecha de entrega, solo se analizan los discursos de Diputados y Diputadas, en tanto todavía no se había dado tratamiento al mismo en el Senado. Se parte de abordar la importancia del discurso jurídico —lo que se dice y lo que se calla— a la hora de fijar el contenido de los derechos y se profundiza, luego, sobre las razones que nuestros/as representantes tuvieron en mente para argumentar el aborto como un derecho que precisa reconocimiento o, bien, como un crimen que merece conservar el status quo de penalización actual. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This work aims to approximate the discourse that weaves the right to voluntary interruption of pregnancy that was recently discussed in the Argentine National Congress. Because of date of delivery, only the speeches of Deputies and Deputies are analyzed, while the Senate had not yet been treated. The introduction addresses the importance of legal discourse —what is said and what is silent— when setting the content of rights and then deepens on the reasons that our representatives had in mind to argue that abortion is a right that requires recognition or good, as a crime that deserves to preserve the status quo of current criminalization. | en-US |
