| dc.description | This article examines through the Critical Analysis of the Discourse the Newsletter of Labor Laws, local publication of a scientific nature that had circulation between the ’40 & ’50 in Argentina. This exercise makes it possible to highlight the explicit intertextualities that the Boletín established with other discourses coming from referents from other regions and even international to legitimize and build on a reference on the subject. Also, the analysis makes it possible to point out the interventionist and conciliatory tone that the Boletín assumed in the capital-labor relation, but with a positioning in favor of the employer’s sectors. | en-US |
| dc.description | En este artículo se examina a través del Análisis Crítico del Discurso el Boletín Informativo de Leyes de Trabajo, publicación local de carácter científico que tuvo circulación entre los años 40 y 50 en la Argentina. Este ejercicio permite evidenciar las intertextualidades explícitas que el Boletín estableció con otros discursos provenientes de referentes de otras regiones e incluso internacionales para legitimarse y construirse en una referencia sobre el tema. Asimismo, el análisis posibilita señalar el tono intervencionista y conciliador que asumió el Boletín en la relación capital-trabajo, pero con un posicionamiento a favor de los sectores patronales. | es-ES |
