dc.description	A partir del siglo XIX, la prensa constituyó por excelencia el medio a través del cual promocionar, criticar y reseñar diversas actividades musicales como también regular gustos, usos y costumbres. En este marco, el presente artículo se propone indagar en torno a la función social, política y estética atribuida a la música en el diario Boletín Musical (1837) y en La Moda (1837-38), soportes vinculados al accionar de la denominada «joven generación romántica».	es-ES
dc.description	From the nineteenth century, the press was the medium through which to promote, critique and review various musical activities as well as establish tastes, practices and customs.
