| dc.description | Este artículo problematiza a las tecnologías digitales en vínculo con las políticas públicas e introduce la perspectiva de la Especialización en Comunicación Digital, carrera de posgrado de la Facultad de Periodismo y Comunicación Social de la UNLP. En un contexto que se ve cotidianamente transformado en los modos de estar y de representarnos el mundo (Mata, 1999) a partir de la digitalización de los bienes simbó- licos, la Especialización pretende contribuir a una reflexión crítica acerca de los nuevos escenarios por los que transitamos. Con la propuesta de entender a las tecnologías desde el proceso histórico, y de poner en tensión algunos preconceptos acerca de las tecnologías, el rol del Estado aparece como impulsor de políticas que conducen a una Soberanía Tecnológica y Digital. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This article problematizes the digital technologies in connection with public policies and introduces the perspective of the Specialization in Digital Communication, one postgraduate career at the Facultad de Periodismo y Comunicación Social de la UNLP. In a context in which the ways of living and representing the world (Mata, 1999) are daily transformed by the digitization of symbolic goods, the Specialization intended to contribute to a critical reflection about the new scenarios in which we circulate. Understanding technologies in the historical process, when we refuse some preconceptions about the technologies, the role of the State appears as a promoter of policies that lead to a Technological and Digital Sovereignty. | en-US |
