| dc.description | After the approval, in october 2009 of the Audiovisual Communication Services Law in Argentina, there are a several challenges towards the strengthening of a project and a model of democratic communication for the country and the region. These challenges have a central concept that is understand the communication as a human right, not only as a freedom, promoting the access and the equal distribution of the information; but, at the same time, that of the construction of speeches in defense of the popular, national and solidary culture. In this sense is necessary to underpin the faith, the appreciation and the recognition of the own culture and the Latin-American essence. | en-US |
| dc.description | A cinco años de la sanción y de la promulgación de la Ley de Servicios de Comunicación Audiovisual, en octubre de 2009 en la Argentina, hay por delante desafíos de cara a la consolidación de un proyecto y de un modelo de comunicación no sólo nacional, sino latinoamericano. El eje de estos desafíos es el resguardo y la aplicación plena del concepto que refiere a la comunicación como un derecho humano y de acceso y de distribución de información, pero, al mismo tiempo, el de la construcción de discursos en defensa de la cultura popular, nacional y solidaria. En este marco, es necesario apuntalar la confianza, el aprecio y el reconocimiento de lo propio de la cultura y el ser latinoamericano. | es-ES |
