dc.description	The didactic materials produced by the first institute dedicated to professional orientation and selection in Argentina created in 1925 are analyzed in this work, with the aim of providing a gender-based reading of profesiographic interpretations. The methodology corresponds to the qualitative interpretative analysis of primary sources linked to the institute in articulation with bibliography linked to gender studies as well as the history of psychology. It is pointed out that the profesiographic analysis builds a male model body and psyche, highlighting robustness and force of suggestion as psychophysical characteristics and omitting women in thematizations.	en-US
dc.description	Se analizan los materiales didácticos producidos por el primer instituto dedicado a la orientación y selección profesional en la Argentina creado en 1925, con el objetivo de proporcionar una lectura en clave de género de las interpretaciones profesiográficas. La metodología corresponde al análisis interpretativo cualitativo de fuentes primarias vinculadas al instituto en articulación con bibliografía vinculada con los estudios de género y la historia de la psicología. Se señala que el análisis profesiográfico construye un cuerpo y un psiquismo modelo masculino, destacando como características psicofísicas la robustez y la fuerza de sugestión y omitiendo a las mujeres en las tematizaciones.	es-ES
