dc.description	Through different sources, this text reconstructs the situation of women in terms of their presence in and level of influence over spaces of political, union, business and judicial representation, where general, collective and individual decisions are made that impact labor relations. On that basis, it warns of a circle of discrimination between the gender inequalities that persist in the world of work and the restrictions faced by female participation in these areas, linked to the sexualized and hierarchical separation of the public and private spheres that has sustained the organization of western societies.	en-US
dc.description	A través de distintas fuentes, este texto reconstruye la situación de las mujeres, en términos de presencia y capacidad de influencia, en espacios de representación política, sindical, empresarial y judicial, donde se toman decisiones generales, colectivas e individuales que impactan en las relaciones de trabajo. Sobre esa base, advierte un círculo de discriminación entre las desigualdades de género que subsisten en el mundo laboral y las restricciones que enfrenta la participación femenina en esos ámbitos, vinculado a la separación sexualizada y jerarquizada de las esferas de lo público y lo privado que ha sustentado la organización de las sociedades occidentales.	es-ES
