dc.description	The paper reconstructs the socio-political link between the governments of Néstor Kirchner and Cristina Fernández and the land transport unions during the period 2003-2014. These unions have historically shown a large capacity for social mobilization, for offering political-electoral support and for paralyzing the flow of the economy. Due to this capacity and the needs of the budding neo-developmentalist model, these governments managed the link with these organizations by activating different logics of political representation, according to the changing conjunctures and correlations of forces. Based on the debate on contemporary theories of political representation, the text develops this hypothesis and proposes a typology to explain this case study. The paper concludes that during Kirchnerism two types of representation regimes that involved the transporters, were configured: one between 2004-2011 in which the corporate, party, populist and parliamentary logics were articulated, and another between 2012-2014 in which the regime was practically weakened, and a partisan logic that led to the breakdown of that alliance.	en-US
dc.description	El artículo reconstruye el vínculo sociopolítico entre los gobiernos argentinos de Néstor Kirchner y Cristina Fernández y los sindicatos de transporte terrestre durante el período 2003-2014. Estos gremios han mostrado históricamente una punzante capacidad de movilización social, de ofrecer apoyo político-electoral y de paralizar el flujo de la economía. En virtud de esta capacidad y de las necesidades del modelo neodesarrollista en ciernes, dichos gobiernos gestionaron el vínculo con estas organizaciones activando distintas lógicas de representación política según las cambiantes coyunturas y las correlaciones de fuerza. A partir del debate en torno a las teorías contemporáneas de la representación política, el texto desarrolla esta hipótesis y propone una tipología para explicar este caso de estudio. Concluye que durante el kirchnerismo se configuraron dos tipos de regímenes de representación que involucraron a los transportistas: uno entre 2004-2011, en el cual se articularon las lógicas corporativa, partidaria, populista y parlamentaria, y otro entre 2012-2014 en que tal régimen quedó debilitado y primó una lógica partidaria que derivó en la ruptura de dicha alianza.	es-ES
