| dc.description | This paper aims to analyze the connection between the Third Peronist Government and expert knowledge on development planning. This will be achieved by reconstructing the relationship that it established with ECLAC. Thus, two main events are depicted: ECLAC’s experts technical assistance in building the Plan Trienal and the creation of ECLAC-Buenos Aires. In order to do so, documentary analysis is combined with personal interviews to members of the organizations involved. Empirically, it is shown that in 1973 the Peronist-ECLAC relationship registered an unprecedented approach, thus crowning a process of increasing influence of the latter over Argentine economic policy. As it is argued, this was the consequence of the reactivation of an old network, which was made possible both by aspects of the conjuncture and by the characteristics of Peronism’s return to power. It was the sum of these elements that prompted the valorization by the third Peronist government of the cepalinos’ expertise associated with planning. | en-US |
| dc.description | El objetivo del artículo es analizar la relación del tercer gobierno peronista con los saberes expertos sobre planificación del desarrollo, reconstruyendo el vínculo que entabló con la CEPAL. Así, se describen dos acontecimientos principales: la asistencia técnica de expertos cepalinos para elaborar el Plan Trienal y la apertura de la CEPAL-Buenos Aires. Para ello, se conjuga el análisis documental conentrevistas realizadas a miembros de los organismos involucrados. Empíricamente se muestra que hacia 1973 la relación peronismo-CEPALregistró un inédito acercamiento, coronandoun proceso de ascendente gravitación de la segunda sobre la política económica argentina. Según se argumenta, esto fue productode la reactivación de una añosa red vincular, posibilitada tanto por aspectos de la coyuntura como por rasgos propios del retorno del peronismo. Fue la conjunción de esos elementos la que impulsó la puesta en valor por parte del tercer gobierno peronista de los saberes cepalinos ligados al planeamiento. | es-ES |
