| dc.description | In this article, the author exposes the singular characteristics of the illegal execution of political prisoners in an Argentinian military base in August 1972, known as ® Trelew's massacre ¼. He also presents the ways in which this massacre began to be remembered in the following years and the readings made by different leftist currents, which did not understood the new dimension of this event. | dc.description | En este artículo, el autor expone las singulares características de la ejecución ilegal de detenidos políticos en una base militar en agosto de 1972, conocida como la ®masacre de Trelew ¼. También presenta los modos en que esa masacre comenzó a ser recordada en los años siguientes y las lecturas que realizaron de ella las distintas corrientes de izquierda, las cuales no alcanzaron a ver la nueva dimensión del hecho.
