| dc.description | This work analyzes the figure of abandonment as an ethical possibility of essay writing in Alberto Giordano's El tiempo de la convalecencia. Between theoretical speculation and the confessional effect, between moral judgment and knowledge based on experience, it bursts forth as a record of writing that goes from the security of what is known to abandonment as a task; The movement that I bring brings the discontinuity of the unknown, the irony of dispossession and egotistical skepticism. In this way, the text, which recovers the best of the French tradition - the Barthesian as if novelizing desire - and also of the English tradition - the irony that makes it possible to constantly question literature - can be read as a poetics of the critical as an artist, or of the critical vocation without moral reach. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente trabajo analiza la figura del abandono como posibilidad ética de la escritura ensayística en El tiempo de la convalecencia, de Alberto Giordano. Entre la especulación teórica y el efecto confesional, entre la sentencia moral y un saber basado en la experiencia, el mismo irrumpe como un registro de escritura que va desde la seguridad de lo que se sabe hacia el abandono como tarea; movimiento que consigo trae la discontinuidad de lo desconocido, la ironía de la desposesión y el escepticismo egotista. De este modo, el texto, que recupera lo mejor de la tradición francesa -el como si barthesiano que noveliza el deseo- y también de la tradición inglesa -la ironía que posibilita el constante interrogarse de la literatura- puede ser leído como una poética del crítico como artista, o de la vocación crítica sin alcance moral. | es-ES |
