| dc.description | In 2012, publishing house El hilo de Ariadna published Los san Signos. Xul Solar y el I Ching. This book contains the manuscripts in which Xul Solar registered in Neocriollo the visions he had after contemplating I Ching’s symbols. Nelson Osorio translated the manuscripts into Spanish. In this article I explore the gesture of registering the visions in Neocriollo as a way to generate metapoetic and metalinguistic reflections. The creation of a new language with the purpose of questioning language itself rises also the question on the possible connections between fiction and reality, fiction and life such as they can be perceived in the author’s heteronym :Xul Solar. | en-US |
| dc.description | En el año 2012, la editorial El hilo de Ariadna publicó Los San Signos. Xul Solar y el I Ching. Este libro recoge los manuscritos en los que Xul Solar había registrado, en neocriollo, las visiones que le suscitaron la contemplación de los signos del I Ching y su correspondiente traducción al español, realizada por Daniel E. Nelson. Me propongo analizar el gesto solariano de registrar con la escritura neocriolla como una forma de generar una reflexión metapoética y metalingüística asociada a la práctica vanguardista. El cuestionamiento de la lengua a partir de la creación de una nueva lengua, trae aparejado la reflexión sobre los posibles vínculos entre escritura y mundo, escritura y vida plasmados en la firma heteronímica (Xul Solar). | es-ES |
