dc.description	Platense horticultural belt in a set of institutions and organizations in the public and private sector establish links between them and the productive sector with different purposes, forming networks. The work aims to understand and analyze networks partner techniques that contribute to territorial development. We used a methodology of qualitative type, conducting semi-structured interviews to public and private sector engineers and representatives of the productive sector. The results show a diversity of networks partner techniques, in which various actors participate, and promoting a set of innovations of different types.	en-US
dc.description	En el cinturón hortícola platense, un conjunto de instituciones y organizaciones del sector público y privado establecen vínculos entre ellas y con el sector productivo con distintos fines, y así conforman redes. El trabajo tiene como objetivo conocer y analizar las redes sociotécnicas que contribuyen al desarrollo territorial. Se utilizó una metodología de tipo cualitativa, con entrevistas semiestructuradas a técnicos del sector público y privado, y a representantes del sector productivo. Los resultados muestran una diversidad de redes sociotécnicas, en las que participan distintos actores, y en las que se promueve un conjunto de innovaciones de distinto tipo.	es-ES
