| dc.description | As part of the accelerated development of telecommunications, social networks have decisively broken into the lives of the inhabitants of the planet; Among them, Facebook stands out, for which it constitutes a very important means of communication among students. The study deals with Facebook and its use as a pedagogical resource; In this sense, the objective of the research is to explain, based on interpretations, the perception that teachers and students of basic education have in a district of Cusco in Peru, regarding the social network Facebook and its pedagogical use. The research was developed with a qualitative approach, in which the information was collected through an interview guide that was applied to 10 teachers and 5 students of the aforementioned district. The results show that teachers and students agree that Facebook is the most important social network and that it is possible to use it in learning activities. It is concluded that it is feasible to make a pedagogical use of the Facebook social network due to its ease of use and the fact that it allows the development of activities leading to improve the skills of students, but prior to this, the activities must be planned by the teacher. | en-US |
| dc.description | Como parte del acelerado desarrollo de las telecomunicaciones, las redes sociales han irrumpido de manera determinante en la vida de los pobladores del planeta; dentro de ellas destaca Facebook, por lo cual, constituye un medio de comunicación muy importante entre los educandos. El estudio trata sobre Facebook y su utilización como recurso pedagógico; en tal sentido, el objetivo de la investigación es explicar en base a interpretaciones la percepción que tienen docentes y estudiantes de educación básica de un distrito de Cusco en Perú, con respecto a la red social Facebook y su aprovechamiento pedagógico. La investigación se desarrolló con un enfoque cualitativo, para recolectar la información. Esta se realizó a través de una guía de entrevista que se aplicó a 10 docentes y 5 estudiantes del mencionado distrito. Los resultados arrojaron que, docentes y estudiantes coinciden en que Facebook es la red social más importante y que es posible utilizarla en actividades de aprendizaje. Se concluye que, es factible realizar un aprovechamiento pedagógico de la red social Facebook por la facilidad de uso y el permitir el desarrollar actividades conducentes a mejorar las competencias en los estudiantes, pero previo a ello las actividades deben ser planificadas por el docente. | es-ES |
