| dc.description | Mobile learning gives all students the opportunity to learn from wherever they are; in this way, it is intended to close the educational gap, which for various reasons has made it impossible to develop English language skills in a pertinent manner, either in virtual, blended or face to face environments. As an objective, this research sought to establish the relationship between mobile learning and English language skills in Language, Communication and English Language students at the José Faustino Sánchez Carrión National University in 2020. The work opted for the non-experimental design, of a descriptive, correlational level, with a quantitative approach, two virtual questionnaires were applied, through the survey technique, to collect data and know the results of a sample made up of 114 students. The results showed that 51.8% of students have a medium level in the use of mobile learning and have a medium level of development of English language skills. Likewise, it was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the use of mobile learning and English language skills, with a positive and high correlation between the variables studied (r=0.640) with significance of p value of (0.000). | en-US |
| dc.description | El aprendizaje móvil brinda a todos los estudiantes la oportunidad de aprender desde el lugar donde se encuentren; de esta manera se pretende cerrar la brecha educativa, que por diversas razones han imposibilitado el desarrollo de las competencias en el idioma inglés de manera pertinente, ya sea en ambientes virtuales, semipresenciales o presenciales. Como objetivo, la presente investigación buscó establecer la relación del aprendizaje móvil y las competencias del idioma inglés en los estudiantes de Lengua, Comunicación e Idioma Inglés de la Universidad Nacional José Faustino Sánchez Carrión en el año 2020. El trabajo optó por el diseño no experimental, de nivel descriptivo, correlacional, de enfoque cuantitativo, se aplicaron dos cuestionarios virtuales, a través de la técnica de la encuesta, para recoger los datos y conocer los resultados de una muestra conformada por 114 estudiantes. Los resultados mostraron que el 51,8% de estudiantes tiene un nivel medio en el uso de aprendizaje móvil y posee un nivel medio de desarrollo de las competencias del idioma inglés. Asimismo, se llegó a la conclusión de que existe relación significativa entre el uso del aprendizaje móvil y las competencias del idioma inglés, con una correlación positiva y alta entre las variables estudiadas (r=0.640) con significancia de p valor de (0.000). | es-ES |
