dc.description	In this article we intend to carry out an analysis of the changes that occurred in the Mexican political party system caused by the rupture of the hegemony of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI), after losing the presidential elections of the year 2000 in the hands of the National Autonomist Party (PAN), defeat that was due to both internal and external factors to the party, and the implications of his return to power in 2012 with the victory of candidate Enrique Peña Nieto, where to return to power the party had to restructure and shed old habits. The research is carried out mainly, from the reading made of the work of the Italian author Giovanni Sartori: "Party and party systems" (1992).	en-US
dc.description	En el presente artículo pretendemos realizar un análisis de los cambios que ocurrieron en el sistema de partidos políticos mexicano provocados por la ruptura de la hegemonía del Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI), tras perder las elecciones presidenciales del año 2000 en manos del Partido Autonomista Nacional (PAN), derrota que se debió tanto a factores internos como externos al partido, y las implicancias de su regreso al poder en el año 2012 con la victoria del candidato Enrique Peña Nieto, donde para retornar al poder el partido tuvo que reestructurarse y despojarse de viejos hábitos. La investigación se lleva a cabo principalmente, a partir de la lectura realizada de la obra del autor italiano Giovanni Sartori: “Partido y sistemas de partido” (1992).	es-ES
