| dc.description | In this article, we propose to examine some peculiarities that social policies aimed at urban youth acquired in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic in the province of Córdoba, Argentina. On the one hand, we focus our attention on a first description of the ways in which the state's social interventions were presented, particularly those directed at youths at different levels of government in the context of the pandemic. On the other hand, we problematize two dimensions that emerge as significant: one that refers to the growing digitization of social policies in general and, therefore, those oriented towards young people; and the other, which takes up some specific dimensions in the youth nominations that problematize and give clues to other possible views of such state interventions. For this, we carry out a documentary analysis of the different social policies, and the development of e-interviews with different young people during 2020. It concludes with a set of preliminary reflections that allow us to think about social policies in motion and those pending challenges in relation to the young population that they define as recipients. | en-US |
| dc.description | En este artículo nos proponemos examinar algunas particularidades que adquirieron las políticas sociales orientadas a jóvenes urbanos en el contexto de pandemia por COVID-19 en la provincia de Córdoba, Argentina. Por un lado, centramos la atención en una primera descripción de los modos en que se presentaron las intervenciones sociales del Estado, particularmente las dirigidas a las juventudes en los diferentes niveles de gobierno en el marco de la situación de pandemia. Por otro lado, problematizamos dos dimensiones que emergen como significativas: una que refiere a la creciente digitalización de las políticas sociales en general y, por lo tanto, de las orientadas hacia jóvenes; y la otra, que retoma algunas dimensiones específicas en las nominaciones de las juventudes que problematizan y dan pistas de otras miradas posibles de tales intervenciones estatales. Para ello realizamos un análisis documental de las diferentes políticas sociales, y el desarrollo de e-entrevistas a diferentes jóvenes durante el año 2020. Se concluye con un conjunto de reflexiones preliminares que permiten pensar a las políticas sociales en movimiento y aquellos desafíos pendientes en relación a la población joven que definen como destinatarias. | es-ES |
