dc.description	This work describes and examines the electoral reform approved as part of the “Pacto por México” in 2014. It is enrolled within the Mexican traditional reforming that modifies the institutional structure, the competences and the faculties of the authorities in charge to organize the federal and local elections; as well as the changes that this reform generates in the political regime and in the political systems, establishing among them, the coalition administrations, the reelections of senators, representatives and members of the council, the establishment of the equality and the creation of new autonomous constitutional bodies.	en-US
dc.description	En este trabajo se describe y examina la reforma electoral aprobada, como parte de la agenda del “Pacto por México” en 2014, inscrita dentro de la tradición reformista mexicana, que modifica la estructura institucional, las competencias y facultades de las autoridades encargadas de organizar las elecciones federales y locales; así como los cambios que dicha reforma genera en el régimen político y en el sistema de partidos, estableciendo, entre otros, los gobiernos de coalición, la reelección de diputados, senadores y miembros de ayuntamientos, el establecimiento de la paridad, y la creación de nuevos organismos constitucionales autónomos.	es-ES
