A su vez, se analiza particularmente el “Estado de Derecho”, y su cuestionada vigencia actual, de modo tal que por medio del enfoque propuesto por Jessop se logra entender con mayor claridad las mutaciones y las modificaciones que se producen en el mismo. | es-ES |
