| dc.description | L’articolo affronta il tema delle occupazioni militari in Sardegna create nel dopoguerra a seguito degli accordi Italia-Usa. Una breve introduzione sul ruolo delle isole nel disegno geostrategico postbellico inquadra il tema del posizionamento geografico quale modello fondato su egemonie e dipendenza. Nell’esame della militarizzazione della Sardegna si farà riferimento ai due aspetti salienti messi in luce dall’esame della stampa locale: la costruzione del consenso nella fase di avvio e consolidamento e l’emergere di una visione critica sui rischi ambientali generati dalla militarizzazione tanto da mettere in discussione l’interpretazione originaria della militarizzazione quale opportunità di crescita economica e sociale per un’area altrimenti destinata alla povertà. | it-IT |
| dc.description | The article deals with the military occupations in Sardinia created in the post-war period following the Italy-USA agreements. A brief introduction on the role of the islands in the post-war geostrategic design frames the theme of geographical positioning as a model based on hegemonies and dependence. In the examination of the militarisation of Sardinia, reference will be made to the two salient aspects highlighted by an examination of the local press: the building of consensus in the start-up and consolidation phase and the emergence of a critical view of the environmental risks generated by militarisation to the extent of questioning the original interpretation of militarisation as an opportunity for economic and social growth for an area otherwise doomed to poverty. | en-US |
