| dc.description | L’articolo tratta la figura di Raffaello Oggiano tramite il caso specifico di un potenziale lavoro per una nuova città solo per ebrei, capace di accogliere i sopravvissuti dell’Olocausto. Dopo una presentazione generale dell’ingegnere sassarese e del suo importante lavoro, si affronta il caso in oggetto tramite le carte dell’archivio privato di Oggiano, ora sistemate e accolte presso la Biblioteca Universitaria di Sassari. Con questo articolo si intende mostrare come, attraverso gli archivi, possano esser raccontate storie sconosciute su territori a noi vicini; è dunque una occasione di riflessione sia sui temi proposti (la creazione ex-novo di una città per accogliere i sopravvissuti dell’Olocausto) sia sull’importanza stessa degli archivi locali. | it-IT |
| dc.description | The article deals with the figure of Raphael Oggiano through the specific case of a potential job for a new city only for Jews survivors of the Holocaust. After a general presentation of the Oggiano and his important work, this case is presented through the papers from the private archive of Oggiano, now at the university library of Sassari.This article intends to show how, through the archives, unknown stories can be told about territories close to us; it is therefore an opportunity for reflection both on the proposed themes (the ex-novo creation of a city to welcome Holocaust survivors) and on the great importance of local archives. | en-US |
