Como parte de la investigación titulada Régimen Jurídico de Protección al Consumidor, se presenta a la comunidad académica el presente artículo que hace referencia principal a los resultados obtenidos a partir del estudio del marco jurídico relacionado con la protección de los derechos del consumidor y de la aplicación de los instrumentos diseñados para medir la variable objeto de estudio: efectividad de la norma jurídica que regula el derecho de los consumidores a la calidad de los electrodomésticos.As report of the qualified researc Juridical Regime of Protection to the Consumer, one presents to the academic community the present article that makes principal reference to the results obtained from the study of the juridical frame related with the protection of the rights of the consumer and of the application of the instruments designed to measure changeable object of study: efficiency of the juridical norm that regulates the right of the consumers to the quality of the domestic appliances.
