dc.description	This article inquires the Córdoba Youth Agency creation and development in Córdoba province as a subnational level governmental youth agency, which institutional design is distinguished from the rest of youth agencies in Argentina. An explanation is elaborated on the exogenous and endogenous factors that influenced this agency process and seeks to understand the (re)configuration of youth institutions from the perspective of officials and states agents, reflecting about the conditions of financial autarchy, political autonomy, the inter-institutional and inter-party articulation of the governing alliance.	en-US
dc.description	El presente artículo indaga sobre la creación y desarrollo de la Agencia Córdoba Joven en la provincia de Córdoba en tanto que organismo gubernamental de juventud a nivel subnacional, cuyo diseño institucional se distingue respecto del resto de las dependencias juveniles existentes en Argentina. Se elabora una explicación sobre los factores exógenos y endógenos que incidieron en dicho proceso de agencialización y busca comprender la (re)configuración de la institucionalidad juvenil desde la perspectiva de funcionarios/as y agentes de la agencia, reflexionando sobre las condiciones de autarquía financiera, autonomía política, la articulación interinstitucional e interpartidaria de la alianza gobernante.	es-ES
