dc.description	There is a large historical tradition in Mexico about the Technical School Councils (TSC) translated into administrative activities, but as a result of the 2013 labor reform aimed at teachers, the TSC were reinstated with a new pedagogical orientation. In this perspective, this qualitative study, based on observations of the TSC throughout a school cycle and supported by focused interviews, aims to observe how in these events the teachers' resistance to the work intensification policy is manifested. In this phenomenon, it is possible to identify the tensions that arise in these meetings. However, as the problem is very complex, only two aspects are analyzed in this article: one, the application of the minimum normality to regulate teachers' work; and, two, the establishment of an excessive administrative burden.	en-US
dc.description	Los Consejos Técnicos Escolares (CTE) tienen ya una larga tradición en la escuela básica en México traducida en actividades de tipo administrativo; pero a raíz de la reforma laboral de 2013 dirigida a los maestros, junto a ésta se reinstalaron los CTE con una orientación pedagógica. En esta perspectiva, este estudio cualitativo, basado en observaciones a los CTE a lo largo de un ciclo escolar y apoyado en entrevistas focalizadas, tiene como finalidad observar cómo en estos eventos se manifiesta la resistencia de los maestros a la política de intensificación del trabajo. En este fenómeno se pueden identificar las tensiones que se presentan en estas reuniones. Sin embargo, como el problema es muy complejo; para este artículo solo se analizan dos aspectos: uno, la aplicación de la normalidad mínima para regular el trabajo del maestro; y, dos, la instauración de una excesiva carga administrativa.	es-ES
