dc.description	This dissertation exposes the importance of the theoretical reflections of the philosopher Judith Butler on notions about gender and sexual differences in the production of identities and the processes of subjectivation. The dissertation focuses on presenting the practical consequences that the deconstructive and genealogical exercise has on the reflection of the materiality of the bodies, regarding the categories mentioned, demonstrating evidence that the normative frameworks reproduce and maintain forms of exclusion that exist in the legal field.	en-US
dc.description	Este artículo presenta la importancia de las reflexiones teóricas de la filósofa Judith Butler acerca de las nociones de género y diferencia sexual en la producción de identidades y los procesos de sujetivación. El artículo se concentra en presentar las consecuencias prácticas que tiene el ejercicio deconstructivo y genealógico en la reflexion de la materialidad de los cuerpos sobre las categorías mencionadas, evidenciando que los marcos normativos, reproducen y mantienen, formas de exclusión que se alojan en el campo jurídico.	es-ES
