dc.description	RESUMEN La comunicación resulta un proceso bio-psico-socio-cultural complejo, que se manifiesta en lo social y público mediante tres subsistemas: el institucional, el mediático y el comunitario. Estos cuentan con concepciones axiológicas e ideológicas, contextos estructurales y organizativos, así como condiciones infraestructurales humana (técnicas y profesionales), tecnológicas y económica, que exigen de una gestión consciente y articulada de suscomponentes para constituirse en un verdadero pilar de las relaciones sociales e interinstitucionales para el desarrollo sostenible de la sociedad. Estas características en condiciones de epidemia, como las impuestas por la COVID- 19, han exigido del Ministerio de Salud Pública cubano (MINSAP) un acercamiento a este deber ser. El objetivo del presente artículo es referenciar y reflexionar sobre esta gestión de la comunicación social en tiempos de crisis epidemiológica, para demostrar el carácter sinérgico e integrador pautado, independientemente de la asertividad o no de las acciones desplegadas, las cuales siempre resultan multimediadas. ABSTRACTCommunication is a complex bio-psycho-socio-cultural process, which manifests itself in the social and public through three subsystems: the institutional, the media and the community. These have axiological and ideological conceptions, structural and organizational contexts, as well as human infrastructural conditions (technical and professional), technological and economic, which require a conscious and articulated management of their components to become a true pillar of social and economic relations. institutions for the sustainable development of society.
