| dc.description | Teaching has been considered traditionally an individual task; this idea worked adequately for a long period of time; however, the evident cultural and social changes and the acknowledgement of the complexity of the educational process have forced the acknowledgement of the need to form groups and work teams. In this research project, it is understood that there is a need to construct relations based on trust, a basic human attitude that sets the foundations for the grasping and transformation of the world with collective actions. In the place where the study was carried out (Antonio Villavicencio school), writing became an objective, a goal and evidence of a pedagogical reflection on the teaching-learning process, considered as a living process susceptible of being transformed with the intentional actions of participant teachers. | en-US |
| dc.description | El trabajo docente se ha caracterizado históricamente por su condición individual, esta concepción funcionó adecuadamente durante mucho tiempo, sin embargo, los evidentes cambios culturales y sociales, así como el reconocimiento del carácter complejo del proceso educativo, han llevado a reconocer la necesidad de un abordaje colectivo, mediante la conformación de grupos y de equipos de trabajo. En esta investigación se reconoce en primer lugar la necesidad de construir relaciones basadas en la confianza, actitud humana fundamental que sienta las bases para la apropiación y transformación del mundo a partir de acciones colectivas. En el caso del espacio en el que se desarrolló la investigación (colegio Antonio Villavicencio), la escritura se constituyó en objetivo, meta y evidencia de una reflexión pedagógica respecto del proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje, como proceso vivo susceptible de ser transformado a partir de la acción intencionada de los maestros participantes. | es-ES |
