| dc.description | En este trabajo nos vamos a referir a las nuevas propuestas que trataron de impulsarlos ilustrados en los estudios superiores de Santafé de Bogotá. Esta élite administrativa y criolla buscaba mecanismos para que el Estado asumiera el control de la formación de la población civil en el Virreinato.La discusión del momento se dio en torno a los nuevos estudios que se propusieron de carácter "útil “y al método fundamentado en la observación y la experimentación. Por lo tanto la calidad de la educación, que se analiza, se ubica en los planes que propusieron, la novedad del momento, apoyándose en la filosofía ilustrada y por lo tanto contraponiéndose a la escolástica imperante en los estudios de América colonial. Destacaremos, el sistema de oposiciones, la evaluación de estudiantes, el método de enseñanza, los huertos escolares, entre otros elementos novedosos en la educación, para la época histórica, que posteriomente formaron parte de los principios de la Escuela Nueva en el siglo XX. A quality and examination of education in higihest studies of the Royal Audience of Santa Fe. We are going to refer to new proposals that the "llustrateds" tryed to promote in the higest studies in Santa Fe de Bogota, in this paper. This administrative natives and elite seeked mechanisms for the state take control of the preparation of the civil population in the viceroyship.The discussion of that time was about the new programs that propoused "usefull" character and the method based on observation and experimentation. Therefore, the quality of education that is analysed, was placed in the programs that they propose, as something new at that moment, based on the phylosophy of/lustration therefore, opposing the scholastic scholl that prevail in the studies during the colonial America. We wil emphasize in opposite systems ofopposicions, evaluation of students, teaching method, school fruit gardens, among other new elements in education for the historical era, that later formed part of the principles of the New School during the 20 th century. | es-ES |
